Grameen Jano Unnayan Sangstha (GJUS) invites applications for the position of Employment Support Officer under its RAISE (Recovery and Advancement of Informal Sector Employment) project. This project is jointly funded by the Government of Bangladesh and Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF), aiming to enhance earning opportunities for low-income urban youth and COVID-19 affected youth in Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements

Applicants must have one of the following degrees from a government-recognized university:

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering: CSE / EEE / Civil / Mechanical / IPE
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Master’s in Management / Economics / Development Studies / Social Work / Sociology

Important Criteria:

  • Minimum of 1st Division/Class or equivalent CGPA throughout academic career
  • No 3rd Division/Class is acceptable

Age Requirement

  • Maximum age: 45 years

Skills & Additional Requirements

  • Willingness to work in rural and coastal areas (Bhola, Barishal, Patuakhali)
  • Proficiency in motorcycling and a valid driving license
  • Computer literacy, especially MS Office
  • Prior experience in similar roles is an advantage
